How to push through / avoid feeling sick during high impact cardio training?!

Question: How to push through / avoid feeling sick during high impact cardio training?
Recently started a high impact cardio workout at the gym and even though I've only got to do 2 minutes on each activity it is super hard work. I get this sick feeling in my stomach and it really doesn't help motivate me to continue! Is this normal for high impact work (and I've just gotta get on with it, and hope it'll get better once I've been doing it for longer) or is there anything I can do nutrition-wise,etc. that can help?
Thanks :)

Yes its normal. Stay hydrated. This will get better as you fitness level improves.

Did you work up to high impact, or have you just gone into it at the deep end, as it were?

If yours was the deep end approach, it's no wonder you're feeling sick. Your body is just not able for it.

Cop onto yourself and have a bit of sense and train up to this for the next year or so.
