Should i eat 1850 calories instead of 1600 if i burn 250 ?!


Question: Should i eat 1850 calories instead of 1600 if i burn 250 ?
everyday i eat 1600 calories and i burn about 250 calories should i eat 1850 instead? if yes then do i gradually add 100 calories per week? so my metabolism adjusts to what im eating or should i wait a little longer? thanks.

Do you want to gain weight, lose weight or stay at the smae weight level????.


If you want to lose weight then 1600-1800 calories is fine! If your feeling good and not fatigue with 1600 then you can stick with that. Just make sure your getting enough fluids and fruits in. Also if this is long term working out..make sure to have enough iron in the body. Eat meat and beans.
