Answers:

Eating mini chocolate doughnuts will in no way help you lose weight. They're incredibly unhealthy and full of calories.
Your breakfast is unsuitable for trying to lose weight. You need a really well balanced meal to start the day. Porridge, oats, cereal or granary toast will keep you going until lunchtime and help you to avoid snacking. The glass of milk is good but maybe alternate with some freshly squeezed, 100% pure fruit juice. The banana is great and a good source of vitamins and energy.

The lunch is almost there. You really don't need the gatorade...it's not needed. Crackers can actually be quite full of calories. Maybe try a granary bread sandwich with lean meat like chicken or turkey. For cheese, avoid the harder cheeses like cheddar and Wensleydale. Opt for cheese like Parmigiano Reggiano, ricotta, feta and Gouda. The apple is perfect - maybe alternate with other fruits like oranges or melon or pears. The yoghurt is fine just as long it hasn't got any artificial sugars or flavourings. Try brands like Danone Activia and Yeo Valley. Also for a pudding try fruit salad or a fresh fruit smoothie.

You shouldn't skip supper. It's vital to have three meals a day, even if you want to lose weight. Skipping meals means more snacking and therefore an increased calorie intake.
Make sure you have a healthy dinner though. Fish is great, as is chicken. Pasta and rice are a great source of carbohydrate and help to fill you up. Thai and Japanese food is great too. Italians are among some of the healthiest people in the world so why not try some healthy Italian food.

For an evening snack, try some yoghurt, fruit or a bowl of oats. This will keep you going through the night, and right through until breakfast.

Remember, you can't just lose weight by eating less. Exercise is vital too. Try doing an hour a day to start - you can break it up. It sounds like a lot but even the smallest things make a difference. Dancing is fun and a great way to burn calories. Swimming is really good too - it increases the health of your heart and tones your whole body. Remember to warm up before exercising and stop if you feel any discomfort or pain - don't push yourself too hard. All it takes is a little perseverance.

I hope I've helped.
Good luck : )

Main rule.. If you want to lose weight you must burn more calories than you eat so.. Count how much calories you can lose. And then balance your meal.
