I'm assuming you mean "stuff that doesn't need a fridge". You want a mix of protein, carbs, and fruits/veggies.

- Lean sliced turkey in rolls. Dip into mustard sauce.
- Dried fruit like: apricots, raisins, apples, pineapple, prunes.
- Jerky is lean protein. Get some. They also have turkey jerky and it's great. Ostrich jerky you might have to buy online.
- If you are not trying to lose weight, use nuts: cashews, almonds, peanuts.
- Cold quinoa is good too. Top with brown sugar, honey, jam or something else. It's high in protein. Not as high in protein as meat, but higher than other veggies.
- "Shanghai Snack Mix" are several typs of crackers made from rice. Mm good.
- Gluten-free rice bread also has some protein. Top with anything you want. Or make a sandwich out of it.
- Crackers
- Some people eat Ramen noodles uncooked.

Any nutz are a great snack, healthy and easy to keep with you all day. If you want something that will fill you up, go with peanut butter. Also, all those little snacks bars at the grocery store are great. then the obvious of celery (and peanut butter), carrots (and hummus), and those jell-o snacks are a pretty healthy snack as well.
