Question: My bodys so sore from working out what can i do?
Anything i can do so im not so sore i seriously cant move . Or even suck in sneeze anything

Take an ice bath to relieve the swelling in the muscles. Exercise tears down your muscles on a microfiber level and induces swelling. Basically, immerse your body in a bath tub full of ice water for as long as you can stand it. At least 2-4 minutes. It is uncomfortable but feels real good after you get out. It works.

if your not just being a wuss then it seems like you overtrained but its most likely that your experiencing an onset of muscle soreness, its just your body recovering. rest, drink water and eat



Been there. In the first place you shouldn't have worked so hard - best things come in small doses. Rest first. Then moving won't be so hard. It shouldn't last over 3 days.
