Question: Will this make me loose weight?
Im just wondering if this will help me loose weight. I have a little trampoline in my room and if i jump on it everyday for 3 minutes will i loose weight? also I lift 20 pound weights everyday pushups and i do situps

Any exercise is better than no exercise, so of course it'll help you to lose weight :) How much weight you'll lose though will depend on your metabolism, current weight etc.... Hope I helped :D



if you put that all into a workout than probably. do it everyday because thats a pretty light workout. but if your fat that will probably make you loose some weight. but if your slim that will help you maintain a slim look also drink a cup of whey powder mixed with milk if you wanna gain muscle too

It might depending on your condition. If it's really easy for you it might not do anything for you (the 3 mins). If you get tired from it it'll probably help you until you reach a certain point where it's not hard for you anymore & you'll stay there unless you increase the pace or the time you do it.



The results would not show anytime soon, especially if you are not revising your diet.

For any cardiovascular exercise to be effective, you usually have to do it for longer than 20 minutes.



Jumping or running on a trampoline can be good exercise but I would expect you'd need to do more then three min to see an effect. If three min is all you can do now, try to add an extra min or two each day.
