Question: Need to eat healthier, what's a good diet?
i'm in good shape and i generally don't eat reallly bad, but i'm not satisfied with what i eat- it could be better. i wanna go on a diet but not to lose weight, just to keep myself healthy. i try to workout every 2-3 days.
what kind of diet can i do? what should i eat? what shouldn't i eat?
i know i'm not giving enough information for this but i just want, basically, as much information you can give about a diet i can do and what to eat to make me feel better and make me healthier. thanks:)

Eat your fruits and veggies, and lean meats. Dont eat junk food, and exercise a lot.

Hearty unsaturated fats (natural peanut butter's, nuts, seed's, guacamolie/ avacado's, olive oils, shredded coconut, soy, legumes, egg's, oily fish, fish oil/ omega capsules, etc)


Avoid food's high in saturated and trans fats.
