Bench press decreased by 15 pounds?!


Question: Bench press decreased by 15 pounds?
The first time i ever benched for max i could do 160 then i worked out for about 2 weeks and got 175 and ive worked out 2 weeks since then and now im back to 160, any explanation? BTW im 16

Answers:

You could be overdoing it a bit and your muscles are tired, try taking a break or do less exercise then try the bench pressing again and you should be able to do 175 again.

OR

you had a bad day like we all do sometimes.
