Question: Depressed because im "borderline fat"?
So im 5'5 tall and a girl in the 8th grade. I weigh 137lbs but i work out too. About 3 months ago my doctor said i was borderline fat. So i started more aerobic excersizes like runing jumpin jacks you name it about 45 mins 3 times a week. I do resitance work out 4-5 times a week. I havnt lost one pound! My diet is pretty normal. No high sugar intake. i do skip lunch though... A month ago i went on a very strict diet for 2 weeks and lost eight pounds. But i got very sick with the flu because im geussing lack of nutrition. Summer is right around the corner. Like 3 months away here in indiana. Any advise? Am i doing something wrong? Should i try a diet pill? I am taking vitamin b pills noww also(: thanks and sorry for the novel

Sounds like you're on the right track. Just keep on eating healthy and stick with your exercise routine. Weight loss is difficult. been there done that. It does help to have smaller portions of food when you do eat.I wouldn't bother with a diet pill. from my experience, you'll gain the weight right back



Be happy with the body you have, because its the only one you are ever gonna get! Rock what you've got, and don't let anyone else ever tell you differently!
