Question: What will my estimated results be?
Today, I have decided to start working out. I own an exercise bike that has 6 different settings on it, though the max fat burn is my favourite - I change it up a little. I want to do 3 hours of biking per day, and limit my consumption of sodas and unnecessary sweets, only having them on occassion or small portions. My goal is to lose some tummy fat, and thin my legs a bit or at least that there is no 'jiggle'. I'm 20 years old, 5'2" and weigh roughly 128-130 as of right now. Is this a decent plan? What do you anticipate for my results?

Answers:

Well doing ur bike thing will only get you so far, you need to switch up ur routine often. Go for a jog, get some exercise videos (my favorites are by Jillian micheals), you need cardio and strength training (muscle burns more fat) and make sure ur watching ur calories try and stay around 1,300-1,500.



You should be 125 in two weeks.
