I want to put on a little muscle using body weight exercises Can someone give me!


Question: I want to put on a little muscle using body weight exercises Can someone give me some guidelines? ?
I am in high school and I am 6' 150 in shape cardio wise but I want to put on some muscle by doing
Pullups
Push ups
Dips
Sqauts
Ab work
I have whey protien and I need help as far as how often and how many reps of each I want to be toned with flat rock hard six pack and pecs as well has toned arms ripped not bulky
Please provide a work out I can do with these exercises and any suggestions thanks

Hi,

Have you tried using a weighted vest? You can a Reebok weighted vest from most big sports stores or on line stores. Add some weight to your lifts and pushes. Also, have you tried doubling your whey protein intake or raising it by 50%? That'll help! If you're not sure what weight to add on to your exercises, do a one rep max (the biggest weight you can push in one rep) then, do 2-3 sets of 10-12 reps at 80% of your one rep max (this is easy to count if you just Google it), that will help you build your muscles quick. If you're serious about it and want to see fast results raise your reps or set amount by 50% on top of the 80% method!
With that you should be like Hulk in no time!
