Why do I look heavier than I weigh?!

Question: Why do I look heavier than I weigh?
I weigh about 107 lbs and I'm 5'1.
I'm 18 and still growing a little bit.
I don't get why my friends who weigh more than I do
actually look thinner? lol. Is it because of my bone mass?
I am very pair-shaped and it's annoying because I
feel like I should always weigh less even though I don't weigh very much for my height.
I'm also in pretty good shape. Not really skinny-fat.

They are probably taller than you. I'm 5'3 and 115 pounds and probably look thinner than you because I have more surface area than you do so the weight is distributed differently. If I gained weight, say to even 120 I would look much heavier than a 5'6 person would at the same weight or heavier. You might not think 5 pounds would make a difference but it does. If you lost 5 pounds would would look smaller and if you gained 5 more then you would look chubbier.

pear shaped ppl always look heavier because like when you have on a sweatshirt your legs would be thicker than someone elses and legs are always very noticable.

yea you're pretty short.
I think you should lose like 7 Ibs.
iight, whatever.
It could be bone mass&structure.
Probably is.
Your friends probably taller than you.
