You are NOT fat, Julie. Don't listen to what that idiot said. You actually have a beautiful body. There are women who would KILL to have your curves.

What you need to do, and all you need to do, is tone up. Start doing exercises that will flatten your stomach and tighten up your skin. That is all you really need to do, though I would also recommend cutting down on fatty foods.

I hope your not just looking for people to tell you your skinny, because that's really annoying if you know you're not fat.
If you truly do believe you need to lose weight. Then don't think that. because you don't. But it's really not about what the scale says. It's about how healthy you are. The skinniest girl I know eats all the junk food she wants and I know heavier people who eat very healthy. Who's going to die of a heart attack first? the skinny girl. Eat healthy and exercise not because you need to lose weight, but because you care about your health.
Bottom line, you're not fat. But that doesn't mean you're healthy
