always check with a medical professional when undertaking a new fitness regime.
Sounds like you hit a ceiling with your exercises. Try mixing it up a bit more, variety is key, lift weights, cycle, box, hire a personal trainer for a fresh routine, the sky is the limit.
As for exercising everyday, I wouldn't recommend it, especially when lifting weights, your body needs to repair and mend so it can come back stronger. If that doesn't make you happy try keeping yourself active everyday and regulate to what extent you are pushing yourself. Example: Monday-Weights Tuesday-Cycling, Wednesday-Boxing, Thursday-Pilates Friday-Weights Saturday-Running Sunday- rest day or light activity such as walking.
Try getting an mp3 player or ipod and regularly update your music using energetic beats such as high energy music!
Even recruiting a partner to exercise with is ideal, you have a friend along for the ride and you are held accountable on those lazy days when you want to give up and not train :)
