Question: I have a 10 year old sister and shes 4 ft. tall how can she grow taller?
My sis is in 5th grade and she want to grow taller.. BTW she hasn't gone through puberty.

Trust me, by the time she hits puberty she'll grow taller. But i'd suggest introducing her to basketball- it's rumored to make girls and boys taller

shes only 10 years old she still has ALOT of growing to do!! So tell her to hang in there!!

she's 10. she will grow on her own. u can't MAKE someone grow taller.
