Question: When dieting, is it better to have one cheat day a week, or eat junk food IN MODERATION all thoughout the week?
Answers:

If your type of junk food contains sugar, then it would seem to me that a single cheat day would avoid the constant blood sugar / insulin peaks and valleys that cause a persons body to crave simple carbs and store fat.
