Question: How Can i Lose Weight?
Ok Im 14 yrs old And im a little bit over weight, i bought some exersice video dvds ,and a exercise ball to work out with, ive been doing it for about a week now, and something dont feel right. i eat a bowl of healthy cereal in the mornings and i got to school , for lunch time i usually eat like a burger some baked chips and some fruit, and when i get home i eat another meal , i need like some kind of meal plan or something to help me cause i need to lose weight before summer , and before i go into the nineth grade , everyone says im not fat , that its just my breasts that make me look fat. because i got 40dd cup size. i struggle alot with that too , i just need someone, to help and help me reach my goals so if you can please help;
