A question for people who have lost weight?!

Question: A question for people who have lost weight?
Where did you lose the weight first and wear did it come off last?
I've lost just over stone and I've got another stone and a half to go until I reach my goal weight. I've noticed that I've lost weight everywhere except my stomach and hips which are still HUGE! :(
Has anyone else had this experience?

when I lost weight (by becoming a vegetarian), I lost it all on my stomach first. People are different... as long as you're making progress, way to go. :)

First time it came off my abdomen, just below the solar plexus, then the back of my legs and thighs and then my chest.

The next time four years later, it was harder to lose of the middle and i still have my navel bulge but my legs have never felt better. It really depends on the intensity of the workout and what area you target. For me rowing for my upper body and sides above the waist and exercise biking (standing up) in 8th gear for 30 mins keeps it off my legs and arms. Does marvellous things for a tight butt as well. I guarantee you'll feel it before you know it. The burn is somethin' else. Try it, it takes some getting used to. I began in 5th gear for about three months before I found the focus and endurance to stand up and really gun it.

Good luck.

Hey - I had this problem as well...All I did were home workouts (lost 50lbs in 2 months!) but I couldn't shed the weight in the upper leg and stomach area. Have you tried different ab exercises? I found out that when I spent 3 days a week on ab workouts, I began to see the weight drop from that area. Bicycle Kick crunches are great for lower abs (usually where the most fat is stored) - I lost a few inches this way!
