What you need to do is start gradually increasing your calorie intake. For instance, if you were eating only 700 calories a day, then increase it to 850 for a week, then 1000 the next week, and so on until you reach 2000 calories a day. Add 150 calories each week and your body will gradually adjust.
Worked for me.
when i starved myself i lost sooooo much weight but i knew if i ate again i would gain it all back so what i did was start out by eating something realllly tiny 3 times a day. like in the morning i would have a fiber plus bar. for lunch an apple becuase it burns calories and for dinner maybe a very low calorie soup or something realllly low in calories so i wouldnt go over my 400-500 calorie limit. i gained a little bit but since i worked out you couldnt tell. and after a while i lost the weight even tho i was eating. but when i starved myself i worked out like crazy so i would have a high metabolism to begin with
exercise!! I used to have an eating disorder where I ate around 900-1000 calories
I was starving myself for almost a year.. I started eating more and I did gain a lot of weight (but I needed too). As I started to exercise more (lifting weights and cardio 3 times a week) I didn't gain too much fat.. It was mostly muscle.
So what I recommend is eat 5-6 small meals a day, eat REALLY healthy (no junk food at ALL). Drink lots of water and you should be fine
Eat 5-6 small meals a day, do exercise, at least 30 minutes a day, try to increase protein intake and drink a lot of water.
DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF. if you do that you'll be unhealthy
