No matter what anybody says there are no shortcuts. Don't starve yourself or over excercise but manage your meals and work out often. Cut out lots of unhealthy/salty/fatty snacks and instead eat fruits and vegetables. Don't eat because your bored and try to excercise as much as possible. Walk to school/work or around your neighborhood every day....! I also found that eliminating junk snack food is helpful. Don't have any unhealthy food in your house which will force you to eat healthier.

It's simple if your dedicated. Just don't eat as much and run. Running about 3-4 miles a day will make you lose wieght for sure. It also sometimes decreases your appetite.



Eat Veggies, grilled skinless chicken breasts, and grilled fish.

Cross training is really a great way to go.
