How can I lose weight for spring break in 3 weeks!?!


Question: How can I lose weight for spring break in 3 weeks!?
I need to tone up, I feel really flabby. Are there any quick fixes that will help with this? I know exercise and dieting helps a ton but are there any other tricks I can add to exercising? Perhaps weight loss teas or diet pills that actually work?

first of all diet plans that you see in commercials are evil especially the pills. they also do not work.

what you need to do is eat healthier. make sure you eat breakfast everyday. this will jumpstart you metabolism making you burn fat. you dont have to eat alot but make sure you eat something like whole grain bread or cereal. adding something to your breakfast like fruit or yogurt or even nuts will also help.

now you need a snack between breakfast and lunch. eat a granola bar with fruit or nuts. even a salad would work just go easy on the dressing.

now for lunch eat anything as long as its healthy. whole grain or fruits etc.

eat another snack between lunch and dinner. eat a granola bar or some fruit or yogurt.

for dinner eat something healthy.

remember the key to getting in shape is dieting by eating healthy and exercising regularly. even a 30-45 min walk a day can make a difference. and eating healthy does not mean eating yucky food. it just means staying away from certain foods. chicken as well as fish are healthy as long as they are not fried. If you like beef try eating turkey. it has less fat and is healthy. if you do not like fruits there are many kinds of fruit. oranges, grapes, bananas, kiwis (one of my favorite deserts), pineapple, apples, strawberries, blueberries, mangos, avacodoes, cherries, and many many more. im sure youll find something you will like.

i would say DETOX!!! detox is the best way to help you loose weight in a small amount of time..also eat right, work out (sit ups, treadmill, push ups, dumbbells,etc) i also recommend you start eating Activia once a day after a meal. It helps regualte your digestive system and also helps you shed pounds around ur waist and tummy area..best of luck to ya
