Insanity Pure Cardio & Pure Cardio and Cardio Abs?!
Question: Insanity Pure Cardio & Pure Cardio and Cardio Abs?
On the Insanity Calendar, it says I have to do Pure Cardio for Day 5, but there is no video labeled "Pure Cardio". There is one labeled "Pure Cardio & Cardio Abs" however. Do I only do the Pure Cardio portion of the video or am I missing a video?

Yes, just do the Pure Cardio option of the Pure Cardio & Cardio Abs video. On week 3 (I think) you'll start doing both portions back to back. Good luck!
