Question: Question about my diet................?
I'm 18 5"7 and about 117-120 pounds. I don't drink soda, only water, and milk regularly and some juice in moderation.I eat fruits and vegetables everyday, but the only thing is I really like candy, and I eat some like everyday. Sometimes just maybe a handful of jolly ranchers and a piece of chocolate and I don't exercise regularly. If I started exercising, and kept eating lots of fruits and veggies, would the candy really have an impact on my weight or health? In other words, let's say I kept doing what I'm doing, but stopped eating candy so regularly, would I see any change in my weight or would it matter since I'm eating healthily other than that?

yeh sugar is pretty much the worst thing you can put into your body... those jolly ranchers can spike ur insulin to the point where ur body cant burn fat so it becomes increasingly harder to lose weight when u are eating sugar... all sugar intake should come from carbohydrates.



candy will kill you within a year if you keeep eating it at the rate at which you do...
