Question: Be honest please and need help. How much weight would you say I would lose in 4 months doing this?
Breakfast - Banana and a glass of water
Lunch - Tuna and salad sandwich (brown bread) and a bottle of water
Snack - What sort of snack should I have? :)
Dinner - Tuna or Cheese salad and maybe sometimes chicken or something not too high in calories
Snack 2 - Should I have another snack? If so, what?

I'm going to jog/run 1 hour per day-
Do at least 300 sit ups
Walk A LOT
Only drink water
No junk food

Answers:

I'd recommend some fruit or non-fat yogurt for snacks. A cup of green tea would be good too.

I'd also recommend eating some veggies, especially dark green vegetables like broccoli, asparagus, or spinach. Try baking asparagus lightly coated with extra virgin olive oil at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes.



Make sure you don't add any mayo to the tuna, and bananas are actually very fattening ( it's a healthy fat, but still a fat) try grapefruit with Allende as an alternate, as well instead of bread for your sandwiches try low fat wraps ( Safeway has the " weight watchers" ones), but as long as you stick to your running plan I'm sure you could possibly lose ten lbs a month, it all depends what weight you are at now though, the bigger you are the faster you will drop the weight before you hit a plateau .good luck!
