Red meat is part of a healthy diet. General recommendations are for 1-2x week, if you want to cut down on saturated fat then go for lean meat and eat it 1x week. Your body does need some fat intake to operate. And red meat has nutrients you'd be hard pressed to find elsewhere, like zinc.
A healthy diet is everything in moderation- no extremes!

once a week is fine... if you want to eat red meat more often then eat it more often, it is not going to have too much harm unless you have it something like 2 times per week. I like to consider myself pretty healthy and I have red meat once a day... note: I also workout twice a day everyday. So yeah, as long as you enjoy it in some moderation and do other exercises, it can be a very healthy part of your diet... indulge yourself

one of the hardest things about cutting out red meat is getting enough iron and getting complete proteins. I;d say once a month is a better bet, and make sure you are getting all the nutrients you need

once of month, remember humans are omnivores. Half carnivore half herbivore.

Once a month should be good. No need to eliminate it completely.
