How do I stop eating so much?!?!


Question: How do I stop eating so much?!?
I'm 5,3 and approx 125 lb . I can't seem to be able to stop eating. I love eating. It makes me feel happy. I love feeling full. Not too full but just full. My favourite foods are fatty stuff like chips. Stuff like that. My portion sizes are starting to get bigger and bigger. I know I'm not huge yet but I feel like I'm heading that way. I'm not unhappy or anything so thats not why I enjoy eating so much. I've started hiding food from everyone and eating it when theyare not looking. I hate vegetables and salad . If I don't have enough to eat I feel down but when I know I've eaten to much I feel disgusting.
I'm not keen on exercising. I started jogging and kept at it for about 2 weeks then I got sick of it and quit. I haven't the patience to eat healthly and exercise to lose weight. If I dont lose something spectacular within about a week then I quit. I don't have any willpower.
Is it possible that I'm addicted to food? Any help or advice would be appreciated. x

try eating fruit. grapes and apples are very filling, and they can satisfy sugar cravings



Drink lots of water during the day and every day...
