Whats a good diet for me?!


Question: Whats a good diet for me?
I'm 13, about 5'2" and I weigh about 108 lbs. I eat ALOT I eat whenever I feel like it and it's usually always junk food, I've been trying to stop but it's not working. I'm pretty picky, but I guess I'd be willing to eat some vegetables if it means getting healthy. I also drink a lot of pop. And I like fruit, just NOT bananas- they're nasty.
For example today I ate lucky charms and a cookie for breakfast, pizza, chocolate milk, and yogurt for lunch, border grill (Mexican food- quessedilla rice chips and dr pepper), more pizza and another cookie, I would like the change that diet cuz that's what I eat everyday purty muchhhh

Diets and a try it are the same thing. Go for a life style change. Diets don't work. P90x is one way to go. Hard work is the best. Most avoid it for some reason but you will look better and leave certain foods alone after working hard to get in shape. Leaving certain foods alone like extra sugars will help you start your life style change. The body naturally converts almost everything into sugar naturally so when you eat pasta followed by desert you just ate sugar twice because the pasta will be converted to sugar that your body needs but the body doesn't ask for desert so when you give it desert anyways its stores it as fat to show you that it didn't need the desert.
