Question: What do i need to eat to lose weight? I exercise everyday but the food is what im doing wrong?
i'm a wrestler and when the season started i was 178 and now im 160 but my food is like not good so i want to know what food i can eat to lose weight. BTW im a 15 year old male and i weigh 160 and my height is 5'7 my goal weight is 150 answer asap! please!

Drink plenty of water. Our body needs a lot of water so give in to water.
