Question: Help losing body fat?
i'm 14, I work out 3 times a day for 45 mins and run 2 days for 45 mins, and weekends i work out around 25-40 mins, but still gaining weight i know some is muscle but i'm not loseing the fat, what would be a good calorie in take for me maybe with high protein.

You first need to find out what your approximate body fat percentage is. Secondly you need to take your weight and age into consideration which plays am important role in your metabolism. You can do a quick google search to find you daily caloric needs and when you find that, your going to want to cut 500 calories out of that. So for example, say your daily caloric need is 2000 calories, you would want to take in no more than 1500 calories a day. If you cut out any more calories than that and you can start to have some serious health problems.
