How to get big muscles at a gym?!


Question: How to get big muscles at a gym?
What are some tips, routines, etc that I should follow to have a big upperbody?

I've been working out for about 5 months and I've seen some results, but not drastic results.

Answers:

For 5 months you're probably only going to see some results. The gym isn't magical, it takes work. Be patient and keep working.

Also make sure you work out your lower body too. Its hilarious to see guys with big chests and then tiny *** legs and they don't realize how ridiculous they look.



I recommend you start using protein in your workout routine. Protein helps with recovery and many other things to. Maybe try some supplements to help. I currently take 1.5 grams to 2 grams of protein per body weight to asset in putting on more mass. Now this does include meats and powder. You should do a good shoulder workout. having strong shoulders will help improve your bench press, but having strong Tri's help too. You should do a good leg workout in between working your upper body.
