Question: How to motivate myself to exercise? Six Pack?
Im a 14 yr old boy and i wanna motivate myself to work out. I want to have a six pack. I'm not fat im skinny. I just want to motivate myself to work out. What is the best workout? And what should i eat and stop eating?

Answers:

Just stick to healthier foods, you don't have to completely change your diet or anything. For example just don't eat mcdonalds for like breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A great motivator, would you rather be the skinny kid with no body or the kid with a ripped sexy body that all the ladies want?

In order to motivate yourself you want to be doing fun varied workouts using your bodyweight and pushing yourself as much as you can, this video has a good workout, just do easier variations of the tougher exercises. Eat clean natural foods such as steaks, chicken, fish, eggs, nuts and beans as well as fruit and veg. Drink 4- 8 glasses of water a day and avoid all processed foods.

to motivate yourself just think about how hot six packs are!
for abs deffinatly do sit up and crunches. also try planks and push ups to work arms and abs. also when doing sit ups try puttin one leg up so your ankle is on your other knee. put the hand thats on the same side as the leg thats up on your head and do sit ups reaching yor elbow to the ankle thats up. do this on both sides.
for food dont eat a lot of carbs especially after 12:00. carbs in the morning protein in the afternoon and night so eat a lot of meat and eggs. dont eat a lot of junk food but a little is ok. eat lots of fruits and veggiea and drink tons of water.
also when working out dont go full out everyday. onky workout for maybe an hour 4 times a week. in addition id do like 20 crunches before bed every night. if you over work yourself youll just be sore and loose motivation.

I see your trying to get six pack abs. I have found if you use different workouts every 4 weeks your body doesn't have a chance to get used to the training so it will burn more fat and devleop better than doing the same routine for months, it also stops be getting bored.
