Question: I've been eating under 1500 calories a day for 2.5 weeks and..?
I weighed myself a few days ago and I had lost 4 pounds. But I weighed myself today and I'm back where I started!! I'm a girl, 149 pounds and 5'11". I'm super tall. The most I've eaten over the two weeks is 1500 calories. I'm usually around 800-1000 a day and I exercise/run for 1.5 hours a day and work out too. Why havent i lost any weight? I eat so healthy and NO sweets. And I drink tons of water. Help?!? I feel awful about my body. How do I lose weight fast??

dont worry, its just water weight, cuz ur drinking so much. weight yourself in the morning, or go a day with little water, and go to the br. you will lose weight.
You have a good weight for your height. If you want to lose weight so badly really fast, try slimfast or something of the kind. I would say your routine, eating habits & exercise routine are pretty good. Try to maybe reduce foods that contain a considerable percentage of fat maybe.
