How would you determine the calories in a cajun pasta without the chicken from C!

If they don't list the number of calories/other nutritional info online you can call the restaurant. Otherwise you will have to order it as takeout, take it home, separate all the ingredients and weigh them, calculating the values yourself. Obviously this is not too realistic unless you're extremely motivated to figure this out. Even then... it's kind of tough to account for things like oil. I believe they should tell you if you call though.

EDIT: Or the link below tells you it's 1360 without the substitution. All I had to do was search "chilis restaurant". You'd have to ask them to figure out how many of those 1360 are from the chicken though.

it should be on there website and from what iv read it looks to be between 1100-1500 cals

Some words of advice though, you not eating the chicken isnt like your better off...chicken is the best protein for you and as long as its not covered in grease or fried its super healthy so next time you should skip the pasta and get the veggies and chicken!

That dish alone is 1460 calories. A 4 oz piece of chicken breast is about 200 calories, roughly 50 cal per ounce. Chilis probably uses about 6 oz of chicken in that dish. Without chicken: say, 1200 calories.
