am i exercising enough or eating to much?!


Question: Am i exercising enough or eating to much?
So i'm a 18 year old Female who weighs 58 kg and is roughly 5'6 in height, and lately I have been experiencing bloating + PMS everyday for the last 3mnths. I have also got loads of fluid retention which doesn't help either.
despite having pre period symptoms i have not had my period at all for 3 months, lastime this
Happened I didn't get it for 7mnths.

I exercise just about everyday doing one or two of the following:
swimming
run
gym work
spin class

And I eat roughly this everyday:
muesli or oats or egg on toast
fruit
salad with chicken or chicken sand which on rye or chicken wrap on rye paper wraps (sometimes i eat two of these)
yoghurt
dinner = vegetables and meat

i have seen a dietican and thats what i was told to eat
Im also frustrated as im not losing any weight either.

Any ideas here people? Is my diet and exercise a reason for my lack of period and lack of weight loss?

Listen to your body.
Not having your period either means you're being over active, not eating enough or you're stressed out. Your diet does seem healthy - I was over active at one point and my period was very irregular.
I noticed that a lot of your activities are based around cardio though. You wanna lose the skinny fat, you need to start lifting some weights. Add one cardio routine in for no more than 20 min a day, and start lifting. Trust me, you'll have a more shapely body, your period will come back, and you'll see the results.

elocin, I had a long term problem with my weight, I was as much as 60 pounds overweight for a 3 year period, as I entered my 30's.
