Question: Am I eating enough calories for weight loss?
I usually try to switch up my calories everyday but usually eat anywhere from 1250-1400 calories. Like today I had 1370 and yesterday I had 1280. I also exercise everyday but switch off times. Yesterday I worked out hard for an hour and today I only worked out 15 minutes. Am I eating a good amount for weight loss. I'm also only 5'2, so my body doesn't need too many calories! Will I lose weight with this plan?

Yeah you will lose weight it also depends on what you eat. Even if you stick to the calorie range you don't want to be eating chips, snacks, drinking soda, all that stuff is just horrible for weight loss. Maybe try eating less on the days you don't workout so much. I usually go 1000-1200 calories a day 5-6 meals i stay at the gym for about 4 hours though so i over-do it, and i usually lose 5 pounds a week. But like I said your calorie plan sounds good don't eat at night that's what killed me for the first couple days of trying to lose weight. Good luck :).
