You're at the age of change and you'll be there for many more years. You won't have your "man bones" (max testosterone) until your early to mid 20s. Until then, you are a work in progress and you'll go through dynamic biological changes as you develop naturally into your adult form.
There are some things you can and should be doing to prepare yourself for becoming the best possible adult you can be including learning about health, diet, nutrition, fitness, exercise, etc. However, you will not have the control over your body and it's appearance adults do because of the many changes you will be experiencing.

This website has a wealth of information for tweens and teens and has the recommendation of the US National Institute of Health. Bookmark it and use it.
In the mean time, don't rush yourself. Don't try to take shortcuts to that which must happen naturally...physical growth and development. And above all, stay away from the abundance of myths circulating in this forum and the sphere of supplements, fitness, bodybuilding, etc. Stick with real science. Here are some other good, reliable resources for information. Avoid websites which are trying to sell you stuff.
