How can I lose weight?!


Question: How can I lose weight?
Haha ^^" I am 12 years old (in America since I'm Chinese I got 2 ages) I am fat for my age :( and I want to get shinnied because my face seems chubby too XP well I don't really care about my looks but I want to try to get skinny like a normal 12year olds weight because my relatives have bin saying I should be skinnier then I am XP SO PLEASE HELP>.<

lol. don't worry, all asian relatives do that too. my relatives also say stuff like 'your face is too big' and stuff like that ^^

However, if you really do want to lose weight, then eat healthier and exercise. That's all there is to it.
Eat less rice/breads (carbohydrates) and try to eat more fruits and vegetables and protein foods. Don't overeat, and try to eat until you're no longer full.
As for the exercising, you could try running outside, or if you don't want to go outside when it is cold, try doing some jump rope. It's really cheap (around $10 for a good jump rope) and it's hard to do straight 5 min jump rope the first time. I heard that 30 min of jump rope was the equivalent of 1 mile of running O_O

12 year olds shouldn't usually be going on diets, but sometimes it is necessary. It's true you should love yourself and not care what others have to say, but this is your health and life on the line if you are overweight or obese. Dieting and Excising is always the solution, but not too much or too little. Make sure you talk to your doctor first to make sure everything is safe for you.



Lots of running and cardio
Also
ALWAYS run before your workout, it increases blood flow, which will in turn yield better results quicker.

Running: 1-5 miles is fine
Crunches: 3 reps of 10
Sit ups: 3 reps of 10
Push ups: 3 reps of 10
Leg lifts: 3 reps of 10
Planks: 60 seconds or more
Stair Hops: Up then walk down
Wall Sits: 60 seconds
Jump rope

This is a decent start to an abdominal workout



if your ten, or twelve or how ever old you are, thats too young to diet. Just eat healthier if your worried. But please DO NOT diet! it is very unhealthy, you need the nutrition. Kids should never diet!



If you walk fast for an hour a day you will lose weight. Avoid milk products they are extremely fattening. Unless you have skim milk.



Running.
Diet.
Water.
Being active.



Hi, I'm 12 too and you could loose weight by exercising daily and by eating asparagus and yogurt and stuff like that and playing sports theirs a lot of things .... just go on google and search



your too young to go on a diet. your still growing & when you go through puberty, your body will take care of the extra fat. trust me, you need it



im in the same situation as you. what im trying to do know is to eat less and exercise more.
