Question: Toning workout for whole body PLEASE?
I'm 5'8 and 145 pounds. I would really like to lose inches in my waist and thighs and tone up. I walk on a 8% incline 5 days a week and eat extremely healthy. I would really like to get a toned and fit body in the next 4 months. I need a workout that you specifically used and I would really like to know your results! THANK YOU!

Also, how long will pilates take to show results?
