i just want to know what to eat daily and exersie to do daily an for anyone who has wii sports resort witch spoert is besst to burn some pounds

Just stay away from junk food and greasy foods. All you have to do is eat healthy and do some sit up, push ups, go for a jog, ect. If you do it right you shouldn't even have to do all that much.



You need to eat a lot of nutritious food! If you have something like a donut, Then you are not committed! What some people think is that they can do a whole lot of exercise and eat such fat foods and think 'Oh, I'll burn it off later!' That's far from the pointing of loosing pounds. It tends to be hard for people to lose weight in the winter if you live in a cold climate. If you have a gym, go to it. A treadmill works great to keep you going! If you eat a lot of green vegatables, fruits, and proteins, this will enhance your chance of losing weight. Nobody gets skinner going to Mcdonalds! Eat healthy and exercise a lot! That is the key way of losing weight!
