Question: How do i lose weight in 2 weeks?
Ok so I need to lose weight ASAP! I'm going to Cabo in 2 weeks and i need to get as slim as possible!! No one belives my actual weight but i am a cow!! I weight about 170Lbs and i am 5'6" my stomach and arms are an issue!!! What can i do someone please give me some accurate tips id greatly appreciate it!!! Thanks a bunch!

If you want to lose weight some weeks. You can try Lose weight a week plan first!

Day 1:

Eat the soup accompanied with watermelon and melon for your main food all day long. Consume a glass of unsweetened cranberry juice before you go to bed.

Day 2:

Stop eating fruit at all! Consume your soup and you are allowed to eat green salad. Make sure the salad contain no dressings, peas and corns.

For dinner you can consume roasted potato or baked potato with butter (don't ever think to fry it)

Day 3:


Consume the soup, salad and fruit but no potato today.


Day 4:


Eat the soup accompanied with a glass of skimmed milk. Consume 8 pieces of banana to provide your body enough energy. Your body now need carbohydrate and protein also calcium to lessen body need for sugar.


Day 5


Eat your soup again. Today you should consume salad and salmon fish. Make sure the salmon fish don't exceed 10 ounces.

Day 6


You should consume maximum 10 ounces of meat along with your soup. You need the protein here.


Last Day

Consume 4 table spoons of rice with vegetables. Drink fresh watermelon or melon juice without sugar and eat your soup also today.

You need to have supervised loss weight programs. For you to have a guise in lossing weight. It will be very helpful if you have a guideline to follow.



My diet advise is this: Try to minimize processed food (high carbs), sweets, junk food, soda pop & fast food. They not only make you gain weight AND they help you get chronic diseases down the road like diabetes, arthritis, chronic fatigue, & so forth...the list is endless...

The best thing is to get educated about the "dangers of processed food" and the "dangers of white sugar". Do a google search on those. Once you truly understand the dangers & poisons they put in that food; then you will be able to make wiser choices.
Wash & cut up a variety of fresh raw veggies and snack throughout the day. You can add fresh lemon, a bit of sea salt & a little olive oil if you want more flavor. Raw veggies have so many nutrients our body needs.
Choose "sea salt" from the healthfood store instead of table salt from the grocery store. Alot healthier.
I also suggest you watch the documentary films "Food Matters", "Simply Raw" and "Sweet Misery-A Poisoned World". You will benefit greatly :)

You can also try an old remedy w/ ACV (apple cider vinegar-raw-organic - mother).
Buy also at the healthfood store. You put 2 tsp. ACV in 8oz glass of "filtered" water and sip through a straw (in order to protect tooth enamel). Drink this 3 xs a day before a meal. (it will work only if you eat healthy)

For exercise:
Try to do interval cardio everyday or every other day for 20 min. only.
You'll need a timer watch like on a IPOD.
You start out by walking at a fast pace for 1 1/2 min. then you sprint run for 30 seconds. Go back to walking fast for another 1 1/2 min. and again sprint run for 30 seconds. Do that for a total of 20 min. You'll be nurning calories for hrs. Make sure you stretch before and after to avoid strains/injuries.
