Does my nose get smaller as I lose weight?!

Question: Does my nose get smaller as I lose weight?
I'm considering rhinoplasty. But I've heard that when you lose weight your nose gets smaller because it contains fat in it. Is this true? Or is rhinoplasty my best option?

no, your face may get smaller, as it may contain fat that may be shed, however, your nose is constructed of cartilage, and cannot be shrunken in any way besides surgery.

No, it doesn't shrink. Actually, your ears and nose grow continually throughout your lifetime.
