Reduce your calorie intake and exercise more.
If it is too hot swimming would be fine.
If it is cool running, cycling, power walking or brisk walking would be fine.
Cut down your calories by ALOT for about 2 weeks. If you do this correctly, you will most definitely see results. After the first 2 weeks, eat a regular amount of calories and exercise regularly or moderately.
Basically, in the beginning, just over-do it. After that, maintain a healthy diet.

eat fewer calories than you burn on a daily basis.
try either not snacking inbetween meals or cutting down your meal sizes
run before school. & do 10-20 situps a day. ur 13 so its most likely babyfat. it eventual goes away
