You can't. You will add on body fat if you're adding on muscle at any speed - the two just go together. If professional bodybuilders can't do it, you can't do it. Bulk up and gain that muscle weight, then focus on losing the fat. Doing both at once is impossible - your body is not built for it.

It's not like you're going to become a giant fatty anyway - if you're working hard and eating right your muscles will grow much faster than your fat.

Well you dont always need suplements. If you eat alot of meat and then go work out it turns the protien fro the meat into muscle and while working out your burning the calories so you wont gain pounds. But the best supplement is probally WHEY PROTIEN it cost like 15$ it is a flavored protien shake mix and its the same concept you drink it before you work out and it turns the protien to muscle. All my friends use it and they all have gained 20lbs of muscle in 1 1/2 months and there arms have gotten alot bigger. But if you drink the protien or eat meat and dont work out that protien is stored as fat so you have to work out after drinking/eating to gain muscle

To lose fat, what do you have to do? You have to do lots of cardio, eat a low carb/low fat/lower calorie diet, and of course, lift weights. To gain muscle, what do you have to do? Do little or no cardio, eat a high calorie/higher carb/higher fat diet, and again, lift weights. Did you notice something there? Yup, they are complete opposites. Trying to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time would be like trying to sit and stand at the same time. It just can't be done. This is why most people who are trying to do both at the same time see no results and give up. So, then how can it be done? How can you lose fat and gain muscle if you can't do both at the same time? Simple, you don't do them at the same time. You do them in phases.

Hope this help you. Truly, Ariel

As long as you are working out and eating right you will not gain bodyfat.

Core training (bowflex is great of so is the "tower")
Whey proteins good and EAS Myoplex for after the workout
