Question: How to lose weight fast?
Okay so i want to lose weight. I want something that works quick and doesn't cost a fortune. Im sick of people saying ohh..work out and eat right. NO i want something quick and easy! any suggestions??

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).



Eat often, but in small portions. The less your body peaks and falls on the blood sugar scale, the less likely it will be to overeat and/or store unwanted fat. Ideally, cut calories, but don’t starve yourself. If you eat the right foods and eat often enough, you won’t find yourself eating huge portions and overeating in general.
Eat fats like fish oil, sunflower oil, flax seed oil. Also whole grains, legumes, and vegetables and limiting meats. Ease up on the salt and gassy foods that cause you to bloat.



The best wya to lose weight fast is by living a healthy life style. By this you should look at what you eat. My wife and I did this weight loss program where we
didn`t have any sugar or carbs for 4 days and that`s including caffine and alcohol as well as dairy. So we just had meat and salad or veges for our meals.
You can have bacon and eggs but no bread. This is only for the first 4 days. Once the 4 days are up you can have 2 eggs on 1 piece of toast for breaky or your cereal.
Just have meat and veg or salad for your lunch and dinner. For snacks you can have rice snacks or fruit. Doing this you can have 1 bad day a week where you eat what you like.
You can have up to 4 pieces of bread a day but cut out your sugar as much as possible. If you have carbs just have a very small amount. You will also want to exercise up to 30mins every

Hi , I know how you feel. It is a challenge when we fight ourselves and attempt to lose weight. I found with so much information out there on the internet it can be very confusing. I think you should do some weight training to turn some of that flab to muscle. Your body image and feel will change for the better and your weight could very well stay the same. But, it's all about what your body is made up of....not just how much it weighs. Look at some pro athletes. They may be 50lbs "over weight"... but they are rock hard slabs of muscle so it's not a big deal.
As with most important things in life...."change for the better" and "effortless" will never go together.

My recommendation, is to control your eating habits a bit. Drink water when you are thirsty,,..,, not crap like coke/juice. Eat when you are hungry. Try to shave a bit of calories where you can.



The only proven method for effective and quick weigh loss is the old-fashioned 'diet and exercise routine'.
