When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

The best way is to cut back on what your eating, don't eat out anywhere, and don't eat stuff like chips and cookies and candy. Eat a sandwich and some veggies and dip or something like that for lunch. If you need a snack, either eat fruit or if you need to eat something like chips than get low fat ones or quakes (mini flavored rice cakes), they're really good. And then for dinner eat something sensible like a meat, a carb, and a veggie. Then if you need a snack at night again eat something sensible. also exercising is very important. Try "fast walking" hiking, biking, etc., Swimming is another good exercise.

Hi, most of the time people discuss about losing weight, the problem is they don't take action to solve it.I decided to stick to one solution with this great program, check out the link below. Good luck

You really have to be 100% committed. You have to want it bad enough. That's the key. Now if you can do that here is some advice:

Diet: Stick to all natural foods; Always eat breakfast; Get a good amount of a protein; Get carbohydrates from fruit, vegetables, and whole grains; NO SODA.; Some food recommendations- Seafood (anything from salmon to shrimp to oysters), grilled chicken, avocado, almonds, all fruits, all vegetables, whole grain pasta, whole grain bread, eggs, turkey, etc.

Exercise: There are lots of great ways to lose weight. Considering you are a girl I would suggest SWIMMING (it's great! and is a major fat burner) and some light weight lifting. Even just going for a mile walk in the morning or night is a good thing to add. Also core workouts such as the plank and side planks could help tighten your stomach. If possible, maybe, you could talk your parents into getting you a personal trainer.

Also get support. You need to talk to your parents about this and make sure they can supply with the things you will need to lose the weight. Such as the all natural food, gym membership, etc. Don't quit again.Never give up! Good luck!

Well u can try a colon cleansing. You would just have certain fruit juices and you might feel weak and feverish for the day, but the next day, you'll feel energized and you may lose a couple lbs! Also, you have to have a stable diet. This is coming from a 15 year old. I need to lose weight too. So to have a stable diet, make sure you eat breakfast. If you're not crazy about breakfast foods, have a granola bar or something. You should have plenty of energy throughout the day, which will help you burn calories faster. If you're a sugar addict (which I sure am), think of sugar as useless calories. Sure, it tastes good, but this is putting soooo many toxins in your body and that'll slow down your energy level. Also, make sure that you have a well balanced lunch. A healthy lunch I'd prefer is soup and sandwich. The soup should have low sodium and the sandwich should be on wheat bread. Well it's better that way. Also, if you're thirsty, don't pick ip the juice, pick up the water! Water is your best friend right now. Just drink plenty and you'll see the difference. No more sugary drinks. Well, sure, maybe a little here and there, but not every time you get takeout. Get water instead. Ok. Now for exercising tips. Even if it's just walking down your street, it still counts. This is what I do. I take a jog or a walk after school, or in the morning if I have time. Then at night, before I sleep, I do 10 pushups, 20 curl ups, and plenty of stretches. Hopefully you'll see some major differences in your health in a week or so. Good luck!

Moi. Btw, srry that was really long
