Question: What's the fastest way to lose weight?
I am trying to do it healthy this time..kind of...well I used to use meth and I was very skinny and I never had to worry about my weight..then I overdosed and realized how stupid I was for using such a nasty drug..so I sobered up. I started gaining weight after that rather quickly..and got to be around 220..I was disgusted with myself so I stopped eating..I would only eat raw carrots and drink water and green tea. The weight just melted off of me..I felt great but then when I started eating a little more again I started gaining..slower this time but I am putting on the pounds for sure..anyone have any advice on dieting. I want to be healthy but I want to get rid of this fat as soon as possible.

for me walk alot and eat small portions 7 to 8 times a day. Keep in mind that a diet won't keep the weight off if you don't keep it as a way of life, so it might be best for you to add exercise you enjoy (like maybe dancing, ect) eat what you like but keep the fatty stuff to once a week and eat your foods in small helpings.

eat lots of fresh chicken and fish
lots of veg! you can eat as much fresh vegetable's as you like and fruit

if you have a sweet tooth replace sweets with jelly/yogurt

drink lots of water,replace all fizzy drinks with zero cal ones. green tea is great for the metabolism and so is peu-erh tea!
