Question: How do get into a good diet? need help quick!?
I want to go on a diet but I am to young to go to the gym or go to slimming world. My family and I are all vegitarians so we eat lots of veg but my mum has this moto "everything in moderation" which is ok if you have it once a year but we have at less one bad thing a day. Any way I need some good diet tips. I do go to rowing, running and
Circuit tranning. Please help! Thanks

go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to

Weight loss is about having the right amount of exercise combine with right diet to achieve long term health benefits. Vegetable are good for detox and of course moderation is advisable in long run, but if you need to lose the unwanted weight fast, you may have to do intake certain food in extreme for some time and also some fatty food which are good for reducing weight.

For diet wise, you can refer to my blog for more details. Vegetable and some meat seems to be a nice choice and please eat regular 3 meals and don't starve. Drink plenty of plain water too.

For exercise, you can do a combination of running or switch to static, body building exercise on alter day as it allows your lower and upper body to take time to rest. Over doing exercise will injury your body and only path way for more weight gains.

I'm not sure I see a problem - you do regular exercise (which incorporates cardio and strength training I presume) and you eat heaps of veggies. That's great!

If the problem is finding hard to resist treats that the family has, why not find healthier alternatives. Such as carrot or brown rice crackers and hummus instead of chips/crisps, yoghurt instead of ice-cream, baked potato instead of fried, half a slice of cake instead of a full slice, lite milk instead of full fat etc etc. Avoid too much pasta, cream, soft drinks, fried foods, and sugary stuff and you're all good!



eat 5 small meals a day (breakfast,lunch, dinner and two snacks) it will speed up ur matabalism and make you feel more full. have alot of protein and try not to eat anything that is processed and take it easy on the sugars and starches. This is what ANY diet will tell you and with propper exercise you will lose prolly a pound a week mabye more depending how much you exercise. oh and drink lots of water!

It seems like you are already on a diet. Listen to your mom she sounds like a very smart lady!

Don't use weights just yet but you can use your own body weight to workout. DO push-ups, lunges, pull-ups, squats, jump training, sprints and etc.
