EAT LESS DO MORE. Are you desperate enough to try this???

GP for more years than I care to remember

only juice? it isnt the correct way..although fruit juice can be very healthy to drink if it is fresh squeezed or blended..(not the commericial kinds as contains lots of preservatives and chemicals)

you can eat how much you like if you stay within these 3 guidelines and still lose fat naturally and gradually. You should lose 10lbs each month on average.

1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.

(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals)

I'm gonna give you the truth. People will go on and on about how juice fasts or water fasts will harm you or that you'll end up dead. The truth is the body only begins to starve after all your fat and muscle reserves are used up, as this is when your body starts going after your organs to survive. It takes a long time to get to that point. Fasting is practised as a form of not only weight loss, but healing all sorts of diseases, to purify, cleanse, and for spiritual reasons as well. It is not harmful. On that note, you still need to be cautious. Plenty of rest needs to go hand in hand with a fast. Even a job where you are on your feet all day is not a good idea.
Most lose approximately a pound a day (for the average 130 pound woman) on a water fast, and a pound every 2 or 3 days on a juice fast, which can vary depending on age, height and current weight. So that's about 3 pounds a week. 3 x 12 = 36. Again, this is an approximation.
Whatever you decide, listen to your body and get plenty of rest.

All the best!
