Question: I had a glass of tomato juice, will that break my diet?
Last time i ate was 8:30 pm so I was SO hungry. I had a glass of tomato juice.
I added a little garlic powder to it.
Do you think its bad to have that?

no way it is very good for you ??
Tomato juice is acctrually fine to have on a diet, just make sure you're purchasing a "low sodium" tomato juice (V8 offer's low/ reduced sodium tomato juice) and consume 1/2 - 3/4 cup serving. (As a treat add some spice and a ounze of vodka/ tequila as a treat with a celery stick)
Next- time I wouldn't drink tomato juice so close to bed- time, it doesnt sound like it would settle right in the stomach. Next- time try a wholegrain granola bar, cereal, yoghurt, hot instant oat's, frozen yoghurt, sugar free pudding/ jello, cup of 1% chocolate milk, cup of warm milk and honey, cracker's/ wholewheat english muffin/ banana- apple with 2TBSP natural peanut butter or Nutella, 1/4 cup nuts/ seeds with 1/4 cup dried fruits, pretzels, baked chips, fat free popcorn, 100 calorie snack package sachet's, fruit cup/ applesauce, nuts/ seeds, graham cracker's, cottage cheese and fruit preserve, etc
NO way...its really good for you :) and its much better than eating chocolate :p
