Will this make my body weaker?!


Question: Will this make my body weaker?
I have not lifted weights since Friday night.

I have been lifting almost every other day or 2 for about a month because I had been trying to increase my pull ups for the military. Well on Saturday I reached my goal for pull ups. I have a pull up bar in my room and I have been consistently reaching my goal or one upping it every time I try since Saturday. So i am reaching my pull up goal with consistency.

So my issue is.... I have a pull up test on Saturday Is it possible for me to not be able to do it? Because I have not lifted since Friday night. I will lift tonight....but will i get weaker since I have not lifted in about 5days..


I should have went to the gym last night but i was feeling extremely lazy..

Generally if you work out everyday for a long time and than take 3-5 days off from lifting your muscles have a chance to fully recover and you will actually come back stronger.
